Hydration at game speed.
Repeated high-intensity shifts, acceleration and constant changes of direction make hydration part of the training process itself.
Hydrate. Reset. Go again.

90 minutes demand more.
Training and match play combine distance, repeated accelerations and sustained physical work. Hydration belongs inside the session — not only before or after it.
Stay ready for the next play.

Every possession counts.
Fast transitions, repeated jumps and explosive movement create a training environment where hydration needs to stay part of the athlete's routine.
Hydrate through the work.

Round after round.
Striking, grappling and conditioning sessions combine sustained work with repeated high-intensity efforts.
Stay in the session.

Hydration doesn't stop at the water.
Being surrounded by water does not remove the importance of an athlete's hydration strategy during demanding swim training.
Every length. Every set.

Control through every exchange.
Grip fighting, explosive movement and repeated rounds demand concentration and consistent physical output throughout the session.
Prepare for the next exchange.

Reset. Jump. Repeat.
Repeated jumps, short accelerations and continuous court movement make hydration part of the rhythm of training and competition.
Ready for the next point.

Point after point.
Long sessions combine repeated accelerations, directional changes and limited recovery between points.
Hydrate for what comes next.

Keep moving forward.
As distance and training duration increase, hydration becomes an increasingly important part of the athlete's fueling strategy.
Mile after mile.

Longer. Stronger. Further.
Long rides create a simple challenge: maintain the hydration strategy while the athlete continues to work.
Hydrate on the move.

Ready for the next drive.
Explosive plays, repeated efforts and demanding practice sessions make hydration part of staying prepared throughout the game.
Hydrate. Replenish. Perform.
Built for the work between start and finish.

Hydration Complex holds the DURING position.
Hydration while the work is happening.
The science of fluids, electrolytes and performance during training.
Hydration is not simply something an athlete thinks about before training or fixes after it.
During demanding exercise, fluid is continuously being lost through sweat. Along with that fluid, the athlete also loses electrolytes — particularly sodium and chloride — while the physical work continues.
The challenge is therefore dynamic: move, sweat, replace, continue.
BRILLOGI Hydration Complex was designed specifically for this DURING position inside the Athletes Series. It combines a targeted electrolyte system with a small amount of carbohydrate, taurine, coconut water powder and selected amino acids in a stimulant-free formula intended to be mixed with 500 mL of cold water.
This is hydration built to happen inside the work.
01 / You don't stop sweating because the session continues.
Exercise creates heat. Sweating is one of the body's primary mechanisms for dissipating that heat, but sweat also represents an ongoing loss of water and electrolytes.
How much an athlete loses varies considerably. Sport. Training intensity. Session duration. Temperature. Humidity. Equipment. Body size. Individual sweat rate. All influence hydration requirements.
That is why there is no single hydration strategy that is perfect for every athlete or every session. The objective is not to drink as much as possible. The objective is to build a fluid strategy appropriate for the work being performed.
HYDRATION SHOULD MATCH THE ATHLETE, THE ENVIRONMENT AND THE SESSION.
02 / Water is only part of the equation.
Sweat contains more than water. Electrolytes participate in fluid balance and normal physiological function, which is why sports hydration strategies often consider both fluid and electrolyte replacement.
Hydration Complex provides five declared electrolyte minerals per serving: sodium 500 mg, potassium 250 mg, chloride approximately 700 mg, magnesium 100 mg, calcium 100 mg.
Sodium and chloride form the core of the formula because they are major electrolytes associated with sweat losses. Potassium, magnesium and calcium broaden the mineral profile.
The result is not simply flavored water. It is a deliberately constructed electrolyte matrix designed for use around physical activity.
500 MG SODIUM. 250 MG POTASSIUM. ~700 MG CHLORIDE. 100 MG MAGNESIUM. 100 MG CALCIUM.
03 / The electrolyte athletes lose with sweat.
Sodium is central to sports hydration because it is one of the principal electrolytes lost in sweat. But sweat rate and sweat sodium concentration can vary substantially between athletes.
A long-distance cyclist training in heat may face a very different hydration challenge from an athlete completing a short indoor session. The same athlete can also experience very different fluid requirements on different days.
This is why professional hydration strategies are increasingly individualized rather than based on a universal volume of fluid.
Hydration Complex supplies 500 mg of elemental sodium per serving as part of its electrolyte architecture. It provides a defined amount. The athlete still determines the strategy.
DEFINED FORMULA. INDIVIDUAL HYDRATION STRATEGY.
04 / 2,000 mg D-glucose / dextrose.
Hydration Complex is not designed as a high-carbohydrate sports drink. Each serving contains 2 g of D-glucose / dextrose.
This deliberately modest amount sits alongside the electrolyte system rather than turning the product into a conventional high-sugar beverage.
Carbohydrate and sodium are established components of sports hydration research, and carbohydrate-electrolyte solutions have been extensively studied in relation to fluid absorption and endurance exercise.
Within Hydration Complex, dextrose is therefore one part of a broader hydration architecture: fluid, electrolytes, a small carbohydrate component and supporting nutrients.
NOT A HIGH-SUGAR SPORTS DRINK. A CONTROLLED HYDRATION FORMULA.
05 / Built around the finished drink — not just the powder.
The approved product specification establishes a target finished-beverage osmolality of approximately 200–250 mOsm/kg after complete dissolution of one serving in 500 mL of cold water. That target places the formulation strategy in the hypotonic range specified for the finished product.
This matters because sports hydration is not only about what ingredients exist in the powder. It is also about what the athlete actually drinks after the powder is mixed with water.
Concentration matters. Fluid volume matters. Dissolution matters. The finished beverage matters.
This is why the mixing instruction is deliberately specific: one serving, 500 mL cold water, fully dissolved.
TARGET FINISHED BEVERAGE: 200–250 mOsm/kg, as defined by the approved product specification.
06 / 1,000 mg taurine in every serving.
Taurine is a naturally occurring sulfur-containing compound found throughout the human body and frequently studied in exercise and sports-nutrition research.
Hydration Complex provides 1,000 mg per serving. Within this formula, taurine sits alongside the electrolyte system rather than functioning as a stimulant.
Hydration Complex contains no caffeine and no stimulant botanicals. That distinction is important within the BRILLOGI Athletes Series: Pre-Workout owns the BEFORE position, Hydration Complex owns the DURING position. Its role is hydration — not stimulation.
1,000 MG TAURINE. 0 MG CAFFEINE.
07 / A supporting nutrient layer.
Beyond the primary electrolyte system, Hydration Complex includes coconut water powder 500 mg, glycine 500 mg, L-alanine 500 mg and L-glutamine 500 mg.
These ingredients form a secondary nutritional layer around the core hydration architecture. They should not be presented as miracle ingredients or as substitutes for the electrolyte system. That is not the BRILLOGI approach.
The formula should be understood as a hierarchy: first fluid, second electrolytes, third the supporting nutrient matrix.
FLUID FIRST. ELECTROLYTES AT THE CORE. SUPPORTING NUTRIENTS AROUND THEM.
08 / Before. During. After.
A complete performance system should recognize that the athlete's needs change across the training cycle. Before: prepare for the work. During: manage hydration while the work is happening. After: begin the recovery process.
Hydration Complex was created specifically around the second position. That is why the visual story of this page moves through eleven different sports: hockey, football, basketball, MMA, swimming, judo, volleyball, tennis, running, cycling and American football.
The environments change. The movements change. The duration changes. The hydration challenge changes. But the principle remains: hydration belongs inside the training process.
THE DURING POSITION OF THE BRILLOGI ATHLETES SERIES.
09 / Hydration is personal.
Two athletes completing the same training session can lose different amounts of sweat and different amounts of sodium. Environmental conditions can change those losses further.
For longer sessions, heavy sweaters, repeated training sessions, hot environments and high sweat rates, hydration planning becomes increasingly important.
Athletes and practitioners can refine hydration strategies by considering session duration, environmental temperature, humidity, individual sweat rate, changes in body mass during training, fluid availability and individual tolerance.
Hydration Complex provides the formula. The hydration strategy should remain individual.
SAME PRODUCT. INDIVIDUAL STRATEGY.
10 / A clear role. No exaggerated promises.
Hydration Complex is: a stimulant-free powdered hydration formula; an electrolyte-based product for use around physical activity; 50 servings per container; designed to be mixed with 500 mL of cold water; built around sodium, potassium, chloride, magnesium and calcium; formulated with taurine, coconut water powder, dextrose and selected amino acids; positioned as the DURING component of the BRILLOGI Athletes Series.
Hydration Complex is not: a medicinal product; a treatment for dehydration or disease; a replacement for adequate daily nutrition; a substitute for an individualized hydration plan; a guarantee of athletic performance; a reason to deliberately overconsume fluid.
Hydrate. Replenish. Perform.
Not more than the athlete needs.
What the work demands.
