Pre-Workout
Pro athlete performance formula
Energy. Pump. Focus. Endurance.
Performance begins before the first rep, sprint, shift or round.
BRILLOGI Pre-Workout is a comprehensive pre-training formula built for athletes preparing for high-intensity work. Its architecture combines nitric-oxide and pump support, muscular-performance ingredients, cognitive-performance compounds, stimulants and electrolytes in one transparent 25 g serving.
This is not simply an energy formula.
It is built around the demands that appear before and during serious training: physical intensity, concentration, repeated effort and the ability to stay engaged when the session gets hard.

Performance starts before the ice.
The first shift begins long before the puck drops. Preparation creates the transition from everyday life into training mode — equipment, routine, hydration, nutrition and the mental decision to work. BRILLOGI Pre-Workout is positioned inside that preparation window: before the athlete steps onto the ice and before high-intensity work begins.
Prepare for the work.

Preparation ends. Performance begins.
Equipment on. Skates tightened. Stick ready. The walk from the locker room to the ice is the moment preparation becomes intent. The athlete is no longer getting ready to train — he is entering the environment where speed, awareness and execution matter.
Lock in. Step out.

Power on ice.
Hockey rarely gives an athlete time to build speed gradually. Starts, accelerations, transitions and repeated high-intensity efforts demand rapid force production and the ability to keep working shift after shift. The first step matters. So does the next one.
Accelerate. Attack. Repeat.

Speed means nothing without control.
At game speed, physical output and decision-making happen together. The athlete must read space, control the puck, react to opponents and execute while the environment is moving around him. BRILLOGI Pre-Workout combines physical-performance ingredients with a dedicated focus architecture designed for the demands of serious training.
See it. Read it. Execute.

Inside the shift.
A hard shift is not one demand. It is multiple systems working at the same time: high-intensity muscular effort, circulation, neuromuscular control, concentration, fluid balance and repeated energy demand. The formula is built to address performance as a system rather than reducing Pre-Workout to caffeine alone.
Performance is a system.

Performance unleashed.
The session ends, but the standard remains. Speed, intensity and focus are not isolated moments. They are qualities built through repeated high-level work. Prepare with purpose. Train with intent. Finish knowing the work was done.
Prepare. Focus. Perform.
Performance starts before the first rep.
Energy. Focus. Blood Flow. Muscular Performance.
The hardest part of training does not begin when the muscles start to burn.
It begins before the first repetition, sprint, shift or round — when the athlete has to become physically and mentally ready to perform.
BRILLOGI PRE-WORKOUT was designed around that moment.
Rather than building the formula around caffeine alone, we approached pre-training nutrition as a complete performance system: blood flow, muscular work capacity, neural drive, concentration, hydration support and sustained training intensity.
One 25 g serving brings those components together in a single formula.
TRAINING STARTS BEFORE TRAINING.
01 — Energy / 250 mg. Purposefully built.
Stimulation matters. More stimulation is not automatically better.
BRILLOGI provides 250 mg total caffeine per serving, combining 200 mg of natural-source caffeine with 50 mg caffeine anhydrous.
Caffeine is one of the most extensively studied ingredients in sports nutrition and can support several aspects of exercise performance and alertness. Individual response, however, varies considerably with body mass, habitual caffeine intake and sensitivity.
That is why caffeine is only one part of this formula — not the entire formula.
ENERGY IS THE START. NOT THE WHOLE SYSTEM.
02 — Blood flow / 8,000 mg L-Citrulline + Nitrosigine®
Training muscles require an integrated cardiovascular response.
BRILLOGI combines 8,000 mg L-Citrulline with 750 mg Nitrosigine® as the blood-flow-oriented side of the formula.
L-Citrulline participates in the arginine–nitric-oxide pathway, which is why it has become widely used in pre-workout nutrition.
The scientific literature on citrulline-based supplementation is not uniformly positive across every performance outcome, but research has reported potential benefits for certain high-intensity resistance-training outcomes under some protocols.
We don't treat “pump” as a cosmetic effect.
It is one part of the physiological environment surrounding hard training.
BUILD THE CONDITIONS FOR PERFORMANCE.
03 — Muscular performance / 3,200 mg Beta-Alanine.
Some sessions are decided by what happens after the easy repetitions are gone.
BRILLOGI supplies 3,200 mg Beta-Alanine per serving.
Beta-alanine is not an instant stimulant. Its role is associated with increasing muscle carnosine through repeated intake, making it fundamentally different from ingredients designed to produce an immediate sensation.
That distinction matters.
A serious pre-workout should not be judged only by what you feel five minutes after drinking it.
THE FORMULA GOES BEYOND THE FEELING.
04 — Power & repeated effort / 2,500 mg Betaine + 2,000 mg Taurine.
Strength training, repeated efforts and high-intensity sport place multiple demands on working muscle.
BRILLOGI combines 2.5 g Betaine Anhydrous with 2 g Taurine as another layer of the muscular-performance architecture.
Research on betaine supplementation has reported potential benefits for some strength-related outcomes, although results are not consistent across every performance measure or training context.
This is why the formula is built as a system rather than asking one ingredient to do everything.
MULTIPLE DEMANDS. MULTIPLE TOOLS.
05 — Focus / 2,000 mg L-Tyrosine.
Physical performance and cognitive performance are not separate worlds.
An athlete still has to react, make decisions, maintain technique and stay engaged as training becomes harder.
BRILLOGI contains 2,000 mg L-Tyrosine, an amino acid involved in catecholamine synthesis.
Research is more supportive of tyrosine's potential role in maintaining aspects of cognitive performance under demanding or stressful conditions than of broad claims about improved physical performance.
That distinction matters.
This is not simply about feeling stimulated.
It is about remaining engaged with the work.
TRAIN THE BODY. KEEP THE MIND IN THE SESSION.
06 — Controlled stimulation / Caffeine + 200 mg L-Theanine.
Energy without concentration is incomplete.
Alongside its 250 mg total caffeine system, BRILLOGI provides 200 mg L-Theanine.
Caffeine and L-theanine have been studied together for cognitive performance, with research reporting potential effects on aspects of attention and reaction performance depending on the task and study design.
The purpose of the architecture is straightforward:
Not stimulation for stimulation's sake.
ENERGY WITH INTENT.
07 — The cognitive layer / Alpha-GPC • Lion’s Mane • Rhodiola.
Performance is not purely muscular.
The formula therefore adds a broader cognitive/adaptogenic layer:
600 mg Alpha-GPC material (50%)
1,000 mg Lion’s Mane Extract
200 mg Rhodiola rosea Extract
These compounds have different research histories and substantially different levels of evidence.
They should not be presented as equivalent or as guaranteed performance enhancers.
Instead, they form part of the broader formula architecture built around concentration and demanding training environments.
This distinction is important to BRILLOGI:
WE BUILD FORMULAS AROUND SYSTEMS — NOT HYPE AROUND SINGLE INGREDIENTS.
08 — Hydration support / Electrolytes belong in the conversation.
High-intensity training is not only about stimulants, nitric oxide and muscular work.
Fluid and electrolyte balance are part of athletic performance.
Each serving therefore includes:
Sodium — 350 mg
Potassium — 200 mg
Magnesium — 100 mg
This does not turn PRE-WORKOUT into a replacement for the dedicated BRILLOGI Hydration Complex.
It means the pre-training formula recognizes that hard training happens in a real physiological system.
PERFORMANCE IS CONNECTED.
09 — The formula / Not one hero ingredient.
This is the central idea behind BRILLOGI PRE-WORKOUT.
We did not design the product around one oversized ingredient name on the front of a container.
The formula uses different nutritional components for different parts of the pre-training equation.
BLOOD FLOW — 8 g L-Citrulline · 750 mg Nitrosigine®
MUSCULAR PERFORMANCE — 3.2 g Beta-Alanine · 2.5 g Betaine · 2 g Taurine
FOCUS & COGNITIVE SUPPORT — 2 g L-Tyrosine · Alpha-GPC · Lion’s Mane · Rhodiola
ENERGY & ATTENTION — 250 mg total Caffeine · 200 mg L-Theanine · 100 mg Theobromine
HYDRATION SUPPORT — Sodium · Potassium · Magnesium
Supporting B-vitamins complete the architecture.
ONE SERVING. MULTIPLE PERFORMANCE SYSTEMS.
10 — Before the work / The session hasn’t started. Preparation has.
Mix 1 scoop (25 g) with approximately 300–400 mL of cold water and consume 30 minutes before training.
BRILLOGI PRE-WORKOUT was designed for the point where preparation becomes performance.
Before the bar moves.
Before the puck drops.
Before the whistle.
Before the first sprint.
Before the first round.
FUEL YOUR TOMORROW.
Pre-Workout — built for the work ahead.
ENERGY. FOCUS. PUMP. PERFORMANCE.
SCIENCE. NUTRITION. PERFORMANCE. RESULTS.
The science behind the approach
BRILLOGI PRE-WORKOUT is deliberately a multi-ingredient formula.
That does not mean every ingredient has the same quantity or quality of human performance evidence.
It means the formulation combines ingredients with different proposed roles into a single pre-training architecture.
Some — particularly caffeine and beta-alanine — have extensive sports-nutrition literature.
Other ingredients have narrower, emerging or context-dependent evidence.
That difference matters.
BRILLOGI's Product Science philosophy is not to turn mechanistic evidence into promises or to imply that every study performed on an individual ingredient proves the finished product will produce the same outcome.
SCIENCE IS MORE USEFUL WHEN ITS LIMITS ARE SHOWN TOO.
The complete system
- 01EnergyFor readiness.
- 02FocusFor the work in front of you.
- 03Blood flowFor the physiological demands of training.
- 04Muscular performanceFor repeated high-intensity effort.
- 05Hydration supportBecause performance does not happen in isolation.
- 06Formula architectureBecause serious training rarely creates only one demand.
