The recovery journey
Ultimate Pro Recovery — 01 The final whistle
01The final whistle

The work ends. Recovery begins.

Performance doesn't end when training stops. The final whistle marks the end of the session — but it also marks the beginning of the recovery process.

Recover today. Perform tomorrow.

Ultimate Pro Recovery — 02 The first window
02The first window

Rebuild what the session used.

Hard training creates immediate nutritional demands. Carbohydrates, amino acids, creatine and electrolytes form different parts of the post-training nutrition equation. Ultimate Pro Recovery brings these systems together in one post-training formula.

Replenish. Rehydrate. Rebuild.

Ultimate Pro Recovery — 03 Muscle recovery
03Muscle recovery

The next adaptation starts now.

Training creates the demand. Recovery supports the response. BCAAs, glutamine, creatine and supporting nutrients help provide the nutritional foundation for recovery after intense training.

Training creates the demand. Recovery supports the response.

Ultimate Pro Recovery — 04 Deep recovery
04Deep recovery

Relax today. Perform tomorrow.

Recovery continues after the workout itself. The athlete transitions from physical work into deliberate recovery — allowing the body to move from training intensity toward rest and restoration.

Recover smarter. Stay in the game.

Ultimate Pro Recovery — 05 Reset
05Reset

From performance to recovery.

The session is finished. Training, post-workout nutrition, cooldown and recovery practices now transition into the final stage of the athlete's routine.

Reset. Recover. Move forward.

Ultimate Pro Recovery — 06 Ready for what's next
06Ready for what's next

Recover today. Perform tomorrow.

Recovery has a purpose. The goal is not simply to finish today's session. The goal is to build the consistency required to return ready for the next training session, game, shift, round or competition.

Fuel your tomorrow.

Ultimate Pro Recovery Product Science

Recovery is not one process.

It is the next phase of performance.

The final repetition, sprint, shift or round marks the end of the workload.

It does not mark the end of what the body has to do.

Hard training can create multiple nutritional demands at the same time: fuel has been used, fluid has been lost, electrolytes have shifted, muscle tissue has been challenged, and the athlete has to begin preparing for what comes next.

BRILLOGI ULTIMATE PRO RECOVERY was designed around that reality.

Instead of treating recovery as one isolated pathway, UPR brings multiple nutritional systems together in one 48 g post-training serving.

Not one hero ingredient. A recovery architecture.

RECOVER TODAY. PERFORM TOMORROW.

01 — Refuel / Recovery starts with what training used. 7,000 mg Cluster Dextrin® + 500 mg D-Ribose

Carbohydrate availability is an important part of recovery when training has substantially reduced glycogen stores.

Post-exercise carbohydrate intake provides substrate for glycogen resynthesis, and the importance of rapid refueling increases when the athlete has a short recovery period before another demanding session or competition.

UPR begins its architecture with Cluster Dextrin® together with D-Ribose as part of its post-training energy-oriented matrix.

But context matters.

A single serving of UPR should not be presented as the athlete's complete daily carbohydrate-replacement strategy.

Total carbohydrate requirements still depend on the sport, body size, training duration, intensity and time available before the next session.

THE SESSION USED FUEL. RECOVERY STARTS PUTTING THE SYSTEM BACK TO WORK.

02 — Amino acid matrix / 7,000 mg BCAAs. 4,000 mg L-Glutamine. 1,000 mg Taurine. 1,000 mg Glycine.

Hard training creates a nutritional demand that extends beyond carbohydrate.

UPR provides a substantial amino-acid matrix: L-Leucine — 3,500 mg · L-Isoleucine — 1,750 mg · L-Valine — 1,750 mg · Total BCAAs — 7,000 mg.

Plus: L-Glutamine — 4,000 mg · Taurine — 1,000 mg · Glycine — 1,000 mg · Ornithine HCl — 1,000 mg.

BCAAs are widely studied in the context of exercise and post-exercise recovery.

Systematic reviews have reported potential benefits for selected markers of exercise-induced muscle damage and recovery, but findings are not uniform across muscle soreness, performance and biochemical outcomes.

That distinction matters.

UPR does not depend on a claim that one amino acid “repairs” the athlete.

The amino-acid system is one layer of a much larger recovery strategy.

TRAINING CREATES THE DEMAND. NUTRITION PROVIDES THE BUILDING BLOCKS.

03 — Creatine / 3,000 mg Creatine Monohydrate. Recovery is also preparation.

Creatine is one of the most extensively studied ingredients in sports nutrition.

Its role is not limited to what happens immediately after one workout.

Creatine supplementation increases muscle creatine availability over time and supports the phosphocreatine system involved in rapid ATP regeneration during high-intensity work.

That makes creatine relevant to the larger training cycle: train, recover, return, perform again.

UPR provides 3,000 mg Creatine Monohydrate in every serving.

This should not be presented as an instant recovery effect.

It is part of the formula because recovery nutrition should also support readiness for repeated training over time.

RECOVER FOR THE NEXT SESSION. NOT JUST FROM THE LAST ONE.

04 — Rehydrate / Recovery is more than muscle. 500 mg Sodium · 1,200 mg Potassium · 500 mg Magnesium · 350 mg Calcium · 350 mg Chloride

Sweat means more than water loss.

Exercise can produce meaningful fluid and electrolyte losses, with substantial differences between athletes depending on sweat rate, environment, duration and individual sweat composition.

Post-exercise hydration therefore has two related objectives: replace fluid and address the electrolyte deficit created by training.

UPR includes a broad electrolyte matrix built around sodium, potassium, magnesium, calcium and chloride.

This does not mean every athlete has identical electrolyte requirements.

They do not.

Serious hydration strategies should account for the athlete, the environment and the workload.

UPR simply recognizes a fundamental principle:

RECOVERY DOESN'T HAPPEN IN A DEHYDRATED SYSTEM.

05 — Connective-tissue nutrition / Muscle is not the only tissue that trains. 1,500 mg Collagen Peptides · 1,000 mg MSM · 50 mg Hyaluronic Acid

Athletic movement loads more than muscle.

Repeated acceleration, deceleration, jumping, landing, cutting, contact and resistance training also place demands on tendons, ligaments, cartilage and other connective tissues.

That is why the UPR architecture extends beyond conventional amino acids.

Collagen peptides, MSM and hyaluronic acid form a connective-tissue-oriented layer inside the broader formula.

The scientific literature for these ingredients differs in strength, dose, population and outcome.

They should therefore not be presented as treatments or as guarantees of joint repair.

Their inclusion reflects a broader formulation philosophy:

RECOVERY SHOULD CONSIDER THE ATHLETE AS A SYSTEM. NOT JUST A MUSCLE.

06 — The botanical recovery layer / Tart cherry. Curcumin. Boswellia.

Hard exercise creates a temporary physiological response that can include muscle damage, soreness and changes in inflammatory and oxidative-stress markers.

UPR includes: Curcumin C3 Complex® — 300 mg · Boswellia serrata — 200 mg · Tart Cherry Extract — 300 mg.

These ingredients have each been investigated in recovery-related contexts.

Research on tart cherry has reported potential benefits for selected measures of recovery following strenuous exercise, although results vary across outcomes and studies.

Curcumin has also been studied for exercise-induced muscle soreness, muscle-damage markers and recovery, but the literature remains heterogeneous and results depend on dose, formulation, exercise protocol and population.

Evidence for Boswellia in sports recovery is considerably more limited and should not be treated as equivalent to the evidence base for established sports-nutrition ingredients.

This is why UPR does not present these botanicals as miracle ingredients.

They are a supporting layer.

RECOVERY SCIENCE IS STRONGER WHEN WE RESPECT WHAT THE EVIDENCE CAN — AND CANNOT — SAY.

07 — Stress & readiness / Recovery has a mental side too. 250 mg Rhodiola rosea + 200 mg L-Theanine

A demanding training session is not only a muscular event.

Athletes also manage perceived exertion, concentration, competitive stress and the transition from high arousal back toward recovery.

UPR includes Rhodiola rosea and L-Theanine as part of its broader recovery architecture.

Rhodiola has been investigated in exercise and sport research, but study protocols and outcomes are heterogeneous.

The evidence should therefore be interpreted cautiously rather than converted into broad performance promises.

The purpose of this layer is not sedation. And UPR is not a sleep product.

It recognizes that recovery exists between two states:

THE WORK THAT JUST ENDED and THE READINESS REQUIRED FOR WHAT COMES NEXT.

08 — More than one pathway / Why build such a broad formula?

Because hard training does not create one nutritional demand.

A serious post-training strategy can involve: refueling · amino acid availability · creatine availability · fluid replacement · electrolyte replacement · connective-tissue nutrition · botanical recovery support · and the transition toward the next session.

UPR was designed around that complete picture.

Not because every athlete needs exactly the same recovery strategy.

And not because one scoop replaces food, sleep or individualized sports nutrition.

But because recovery itself is multi-system.

ONE SESSION. MULTIPLE DEMANDS. ONE INTEGRATED RECOVERY FORMULA.

09 — The 48 g architecture / One scoop. Multiple recovery systems.

Refuel — 7 g Cluster Dextrin® · 500 mg D-Ribose

Amino acid matrix — 7 g BCAAs · 4 g L-Glutamine · 1 g Taurine · 1 g Glycine · 1 g Ornithine HCl

Performance readiness — 3 g Creatine Monohydrate · 1 g Betaine Anhydrous

Electrolyte matrix — 500 mg Sodium · 1,200 mg Potassium · 500 mg Magnesium · 350 mg Calcium · 350 mg Chloride

Connective-tissue matrix — 1.5 g Collagen Peptides · 1 g MSM · 50 mg Hyaluronic Acid

Botanical recovery matrix — 300 mg Curcumin C3 Complex® · 300 mg Tart Cherry Extract · 200 mg Boswellia serrata

This summary does not replace the official Supplement Facts section above.

10 — How to use UPR / The work ends. The recovery routine begins.

Mix 1 scoop — 48 g with approximately 400–500 mL water.

Consume post-training or as directed by a sports nutrition professional according to the final approved product label.

UPR should be viewed as one component of the athlete's larger recovery strategy.

Food still matters. Total carbohydrate and protein intake still matter. Fluid intake still matters. Sleep still matters. Training design still matters.

The strongest recovery strategy is the one that brings those pieces together consistently.

RECOVER TODAY. PERFORM TOMORROW.

The science behind the approach

ULTIMATE PRO RECOVERY is deliberately a multi-ingredient formula.

That does not mean every ingredient has the same quantity or quality of scientific evidence.

It does not mean research performed on an individual ingredient automatically demonstrates the same effect for the finished UPR formula.

And it does not mean that one serving replaces individualized sports nutrition.

Different parts of the formula have different levels of scientific support.

Post-exercise carbohydrate and fluid/electrolyte replacement are established components of sports recovery nutrition.

Creatine has a large body of sports-performance research.

BCAAs have been studied extensively, but recovery findings vary according to outcome and protocol.

Research on tart cherry and curcumin suggests potential benefits for selected recovery outcomes, while results remain heterogeneous.

Evidence for several other botanical and connective-tissue ingredients is narrower, context-dependent or still developing.

That difference is important.

BRILLOGI Product Science should never turn biological plausibility into certainty.

SCIENCE IS MORE USEFUL WHEN ITS LIMITS ARE SHOWN TOO.
